A- Do we required appointments and how far from my wedding should I book it?

-Yes,we work by appointment only, this is to be able to give you all the  attention that you deserve.

You should start looking for your wedding gown at least a year before the date,the reason been is that it could take up to 4 months to get your gown made, unless you find your gown in your size in your visit.

B-How long is my appointment for?

-Your appointment could last between an hour to two in general.But I want you to know that I will spend the time that you need.

C-What should I bring for my appointment?

- You should bring a nude color (preferably)strapless bra, any kind of spandex always help, if you like them.

D-Can I take pictures of the gowns?

- Absolutely. We want you to be able to show your close ones the gowns that you like, perhaps the one that you chosen.

E-How many people can I bring to my appointment?

- You can bring your close ones, but understand that my Boutique is not very big, if you guys don't mine the space, all  I want you to be is comfortable.

F- How much are the wedding gowns in our Salon?

- Our gowns are divided in 3  Categories:

 Destination: prices range from $300 to $1200

Collection: prices range from $1200 to $1800

Couture: prices range from $1800 to $3500

G- Can I purchased of the rack?

- Absolutely. Our gowns are all new and taken care of. We turn our inventory often too. Why wait for it, if it fits you perfect? unless you need a different size or color. Last minute Bride? We have your gown.

First, let me start  by saying: Congratulations!!

 

I am so happy that you chosen our gown for your special day, we appreciated!

Next, we will received your full payment if you are purchasing the gown, we will take 50 % down if you are ordering your gown, the remain balance should be paid at the arrival of your gown.

The last thing to do will be to determine when should we start your Alterations for your gown,it depends on your date, they are paid separately.

Return Policy

 

We appreciated your purchased, we want you to remember that all our "Sales are Final" If you change your mine for some reason any deposits that you made, wont be return to you, we don't offer any Store Credits at this time, our busisness can take a big lost if we did that for one person, and we would have to do it for everyone to be fair. We want you to take your time to make the right decision, no pressure on our side, we want you to be happy with your choice!

 

 

ALTERATIONS

 

We offer alterations in-house. Olga and her seamstresses will take good care of you. Their experience will show on their meticulous work! Your gown would look like it was never altered ! We take pride of our work,and our goal is to make sure your gown fits perfect and your big smile when you see your self in it!

For your alterations we want you to make an appointment at least 2 months before the wedding date, but, you should book it earlier since we are always very busy working with other brides.

If you are loosing weight make sure you let us know to make sure we are all in the same place to do the right adjustments to your gown.

We will determine the cost of the alterations, it depends on how many hours it would take to finish it, we are always given the brides some deals, please ask about it.

Alterations payments are split in half: at the first appointment 50%, when we finish the work the balance.
